Q; How long have people been drinking coca tea?

A: Thousands of years!

Q: What does coca tea taste like?

A: This is a highly personal question. Some people love it, some don’t. At first, I used to think it wasn’t particularly interesting in flavor, but as time has gone on, I quite enjoy the taste. Especially if the quality is good.

Q: How long till I feel the effects?

A: everyone is different, but on average if you drink 2 to 3 cups a day, preferably on an empty stomach, you will begin to feel the effects within 2 to 3 days. You can compound the positive effects of drinking coca tea with reducing your intake of bad foods. The appetite reduction that you will experience drinking good coca tea helps you to eat less, but it is important that you only eat high quality food and avoid junk food, otherwise the effects may be minimized.

Q: What effects does consuming coca have on the body?

A: For me at least, there have been many positive effects. Coca tends to get my heart rate going, and it clears the “brain fog” I can feel if I have not had enough sleep, or am beginning to drowse in the afternoon.
Coca contains several alkaloids which are beneficial to the body. They help in reducing and balancing acidity levels and balance the body’s pH.

Q: What diseases or conditions can coca tea treat?

A: Not only is coca tea a wonderful general health tonic, there is also strong anecdotal evidence that it helps in a large number of diseases and conditions.

      • General lethargy and tiredness
      • Mild depression
      • Headaches and sore throat (coca tea can have a slight numbing effect on the throat, and can provide temporary relief)
      • Aches and pains associated with menstruation

Q: Is coca tea good for weight loss?

A: My own personal experience is that it is effective for weight loss.   I would say it’s not the only thing you need in a weight loss plan, but it certainly can be a valuable addition.  There are several reasons for this…

      • Coca tea increases metabolism, so your body uses more energy than normal.   You are far more likely to feel like exercising after having a couple of cups of coca tea, and of course any weight loss regimen should be accompanied by exercise!
      • Coca tea is known as an appetite suppressant, whilst being highly nutritious.
